Below you will find instructions for replacing the pressure transducer in the Slayer espresso machine.
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench
- Wire cutters/scissors
- Small zip tie
1. Lift off the top of the machine. The pressure transducer is located on the back wall of the machine on the left side.
2. Remove the transducer by taking off the small nut first, you may need to counter torque on the larger nut to get it off with a second adjustable wrench. Then cut the small zip tie and unplug the wires.
3. To install a new transducer, connect the wires, then re-zip tie the transducer to the plastic bracket and rethread the fittings on.
